Refund policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes both in-hand and pre-orders. The only exception is if we made a mistake on our part, e.g. with shipping an incorrect or defective item - in these cases, we will offer a free exchange or refund.

Pre-orders may take anytime between 2-12 months to be fulfilled.

To request a refund or return, please contact us at shiniesbysammy@gmail.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
